After explaining that it did appear to be mechanical breakdown of one of the modules it was still met to not be covered and also that in the event that spending for maximum cover being this platinum cover that a refund of premium would also not be given. I have had to pay the diagnostic fee myself and now am being told the repair wouldn't be covered. I wouldn't not chose A1 as the warranty company to go with buying this platinum cover with my car I have no experienced a problem mechanical breakdown of a lamp after being told when calling to just go and get the labour and parts I have attempted to provide this to them over the phone when I was told that they could do this over the phone to then have to email this wasting multiple hours going backwards and forwards to the garage to get the labour and parts I then was met that my lamp is not covered. Do not get warranty from this company there are far better out there which give higher claim amounts! Can only give 1 start but would still give it to polite staff. I would think something like this would be important to fix, and says is covered by my Gold Cover, so unless it fails and I crash it will payout, and even then they probably won't and will be on the insurance Utter Scam this warranty company is, they won't payout, NOT worth the paper they are written on. Got this checked by a garage and put through to my warranty company which has come back and said they WILL NOT cover it as it has not failed and will not cover it now i know its an issue.
